~ Since our inception in 1985, Phoenix American has administered over 1.5 Million claims on automobiles, recreational vehicles, boats, and motorcycles totaling over $600 Million in claims payments.

~ Phoenix American products are approved and continuously updated relative to state compliance regulations and may be written in all 50 states.

~ Because of Phoenix American's longevity and financial strength, our products are accepted by most finance companies and major indirect lending financial institutions.

~ Phoenix American has dedicated staff of service professionals to answer customer questions and to guide the Contract Holder through the entire repair process.

~ Phoneix American's claims staff not only "talk to talk" but also "walk to walk" as they are ASE-certified technicians and/or have been service writers and service directors in auto, marine and recreational vehicle dealerships.

~ Claims payments can be made via credit card to the repairing facility ensuring simplicity for the customer in getting back on the road.

~ Phoenix American provides all their dealers and customers with an interest-free payment plan option (up to 18 months) on our service contracts through Service Payment Plan, Inc.

~ Our mission is to conservatively grow our earnings and to provide long term profitable programs for our dealers and business partners by building pricing that is not only competitive today, but reserved properly to pay customer claims for the entire term of their contract.
